First Cereal

A week ago I took Mallory to the doctor. It was time for her four month check-up and shots. Everything checked out well. She weighed 15lbs 4oz and was 25 inches long. She is hitting all of her milestones and is in the 75th percentile for both height and weight. We have a very healthy little girl. It was at this appointment that her doctor said that we could start her on cereal. I was thinking that we would just put a little in the bottle and maybe that would help her sleep through the night, but the doctor said to feed her with a spoon at dinner time. We did and what a mess we made! Due to it being a first, we had to take pictures. She really enjoyed it! It is getting a little better at each feeding, but still we make a mess. Even with this messy face, she is still super cute!
